Jefferson County Man Charged With Police Car Break-Ins

Is that a zit on his face or early signs of Meth use? He had to be on something to be stupid enough to gank the police. Isn't this the second report of a teenager stealing weapons in Jefferson County this week?

Either lock him up or send him to Afganistan with a paint ball gun.

For all of you that don't know Scott. Yes, this isnt the 1st time he has been in trouble and I'm sure its not the last. They think everyone in Jefferson County does Meth. Not true. Some of us like looking at nature instead of another building. Jefferson County and Franklin are the best places to live in Mo.
