Here's a story that will put gas prices in comparison for you. However, I for one will say that I still think gas is too expensive over here.

Gas prices have bee higher overseas for the past 20 years. I remember reading about gas prices in Europe being over 5 dollars a gallon many years ago, when we were sitting at $1.75. I had not realized they had went so high.

We're going to hit that $4.00 a gallon yet. I heard on the news this morning that the price of oil per barrel is now at another record...over $120 a barrel. Yet the big oil execs keep retiring with their lofty golden parachutes. UGH!

I need to get gas on the way home unless I want to be stranded at 270 and 70. Wonder what is cheapest around here or if I can make it to Sam's somewhere on the way home. I haven't seen Sam's gas prices yet.

Last night I went to Costco and the line was wrapped all the way from the bays to all along in front of Target to the main entrance drive. I ended up going somewhere else because I figured by the time I made it to the pump I would have wasted a gallon of gas which would have made up my savings by buying there.

Arnold CC,

I too was at Costco yesterday, during the day and there were lines at the pumps. I had a full tank at the time and was wondering just how cheap their gas was, do you know?

No, I didn't go inside and look. I just usually buy there anyway as it is always cheaper than the other stations. However, with the long line I gave up and went somewhere else. Had to be pretty cheap for that kind of crowd.

I think everyone would appreciate you keeping on topic, parent.

Has anyone seen the price of diesel? It's OUTRAGEOUS! And the price that gas went up to yesterday is unreasonable, too. I don't know how they can expect those that get paid minimum wage to pay to get to work.

First, snaz, thank you for that. I whole-heartedly agree with you except that I don't think that the person is 300 lbs yet. LOL. The reason the person wants to destroy this site is because the person won't use their real name to post because they are mad that some of their posts were removed due to TOS violations by a third party.

Second, parent, not me. I have been at lunch for the past hour at Bob Evans on the Rock Road. Would you like a receipt since I paid for my own or would you like for me to put you in touch with one of my co-workers who would tell you that I ate with them...nowhere near a computer?

parent ,good to see that you are fitting into the mold that has been established for you ,even your lack of originality fits the mold , did about 2minutes of research on you and found there are more of you out there ,you are defined as a troll, here is a brief definition for you since I'm sure that you wont be able to comprehend what was previously stated, of course there are some pretty big words, you might want to ask someone at city hall, I think they are obligated to help you,

troll

1a. Noun
One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.

1b. Noun
A person who, on a message forum of some type, attacks and flames other members of the forum for any of a number of reasons such as rank, previous disagreements, sex, status, ect.
A troll usually flames threads without staying on topic, unlike a "Flamer" who flames a thread because he/she disagrees with the content of the thread.

1c. Noun
A member of an internet forum who continually harangues and harasses others. Someone with nothing worthwhile to add to a certain conversation, but rather continually threadjacks or changes the subject, as well as thinks every member of the forum is talking about them and only them. Trolls often go by multiple names to circumvent getting banned.

I hope this helps you

This is like reading a funny book.
Now back to the subject. Noticed today that good old QT on Jeffco and Richardson dropped the price of gas a whole penny today. Dang it's only 3.689 now. Vacation time!
