This is a early warning sign that this young man has a serious problem that needs to be addressed. More than punishment the community needs to give this guy a mental health evaluation before he moves on to the kids in the nieghborhood.

Yes. I agree with annoymous. Btw I think its funny I still laugh when I hear about it. I wonder if it could jump through hoops too? lol. joking. My best guy friends cousin did it. Ever think it was a symbol, it stood for something. Or are you to close minded.
