Why are they so slow??? They act like they don't want to be there. It must be terrible to make $100,000 grand a year. Maybe the store should look into the problem.

I agree with you. There looks to be plenty of help. Maybe there is too many of them.
Maybe it's time to take our business else where.

They also give you attitude..BUT as slow as they are I gotta say the Walgreens pharmacy is even slower!! And they act like they could care less if go you someplace else or stand in line for 40 minutes..Thats why I go to Medica, its a little higher and their hours suck, but they get you in and out within 15 mins.

Kroger is slow, but they are much nicer and faster then Wal Mart. I have my Dr fax mine in from the office while I am there..then I order my refills online or by phone. Sometimes it is hard for them to answer the phone. THey are very busy. I think mainly because Walgreens is expensive and doesnt have the Generic plan and Walmart is slower and much nastier than them.

I think it is our obligation to use resources that we have available to discuss issues with businesses in our town.
Sometimes it is good info and sometimes it is not so good.
It helps us, the consumers receive the best service available.

They probably do not want to be there! If you had to put up with what they have to put up with on a day to day basis 100,000 grand (lol) would definitely not be enough for you either. People wanting life saving drugs faster than you can get a big mac and cheaper than a value meal. Why don't they just dump some m&ms in a bottle and send you on your merry way!
Plus corporate doesn't care to effectively staff (more money for them). That's what its all about..the benjamins. Nothing anyone can do about it.

Some people have to get back to work. They need the medicine for their kids so they get back making a dollar. If you tell them it is for a sick kid they don't care. They look at you like deer looking at head lights.. I blam bad management, they have plenty of help.

What do you consider understaffed..Everytime I'm at Kroger or Walgreens there are 6-8 pharmacy techs filling scripts and 2 ppl doing check out..As for them not wanting to be there, Thats The Job They Choose!

That Kroger pharmacy is one of the busiest pharmacies in the state. They do well over 600 prescriptions a day, and get busier every year. Everyone bitches about how slow they are but apparently it doesn't bother the customers that much because they are always busy.

And FYI, Pharmacist make well over 100k a year. Some closer to the 200k mark.

Do they need to carry any type of insurance? It seems they have a pretty tuff job and that if they had one error it could kill someone.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Sagittarius

You're in the mood to spend today, especially on the spur of the moment. Be careful if you can't afford to make any impulse purchases, because a lack of cash won't stop you! If you do decide to splash out on something, you may be disappointed when you get it home and you might even decide to take it back.
