Ok everyone...can someone please explain why so many young men wear their pants below their butts?? When does this become "indecent exposure". I'm glad to see that they can afford to buy Fruit of the Looms.. but really.. I don't need to see them. What is the point? What if everyone in America wore their pants like that?? You would see Older gentlemen in their whitey tightys with skid marks in them as they are checking out the ice cream section at Kroger, Or you would see Older ladies strutting the saggy wet depends while checking out the bakery section at Wal-mart. Or you could see someone like me that is 5'3" tall weighing in at 348lbs proudly showing off my favorite pair of red thongs; I see these young men wearing pants that they must have borrowed from their "much heavier" older brother. Good Grief, why wouldn't you want to wear something more fitting and nicer? If you have a nice bottom, ladies would much rather see it in a pair of snug fitting jeans. An older lady told me that this fad started in prison..When a man was available and ready for some "action" he would Sag his pants to let other men know that he was ready for some serious action. Is this really true??
As for some of us older folks,(there are quite a few of us that feel this way) I would like to say..."PULL YOUR PANTS UP.. YOU LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT!! Grow up and pull up.
Thank you... Have a nice day.

I totally agree with you. How can a young man(who is holding up their pants) able to shake hands with someone during an interview for a job?? How can he hold his girlfriends hand or even shake her dad's hand when he meets him. I just don't get it. It makes absolutely no sense to me.
Thank you for commenting "yes".

This "fashion statement" began in the prisons years ago. It was how a man advertised he was available to be someone's sex toy. So, all you homo wannabes, have at it. You are too stupid to realize you are making a joke of yourself.

I'd tell the manager I won't be served food by a thug or thug wannabe. Fire them all, get them out of circulation. They have the same opportunity as anyone else to dress decently but actively choose not to. Piss on'em. Let them live in the gutters.

I totally agree with you. They are making complete idiots of themselves. When they get older I sincerely hope that someone that acts and dresses just like them..come to their house to take THEIR daughter out on a date. Let them see how stupid they really looked by when they were dressing like thugs.

Older people didn't like the way young dressed in the late 60's.
I started college in the fall of 1969 and had someone tell me I was a slut and a whore because of the way I dressed and would be dead before I was 25.
Well, I graduated magna cum laude. I then taught elementary school for 35 years, teacher of the year 6 times.
Don't judge a book by the cover.

The problem is.... their "books" are not covered up! You can read the whole story. Did you show your under clothes to every stranger on the street?? This is no offense to you... But I do find it offensive to see young men's underwear. Don't you?? If a young man comes into your class while holding up his pants... are you going to tell him to pull them up or are you going to say. You are dressed nice today. please have a seat?

I think that all public places should have that sign. Especially restaurants, If the government officials can ban smoking....then they can ban "saggy pants" Sorry, I just think it is inappropriate for young men to run around showing off their underwear. Some of these young men have their pants sagging below their buttocks!! Come on you can't really support the saggy pants..seriouly, would you really hire someone to work for you if they came into an interview with their pants sagging and showing their underwear??

No, I would not hire someone who dressed like that. I think it should be baned.

Thank you Owner for your response. I would love to know just what these young men are thinking. Do they really think that this Fad is great??

I've turned away people with apps because of this scenario. I'll never hire anyone that wears their pants like that.

these so called youg men are still babies in reality. they have not learned how to dress themselves yet. they must need more schooling to learn that under pants are suppose to be worn under and outer pants are called jeans or dress slacks and not NOT not outer pants over under jeans. this only proves one thing they are dumber than hell and very un educated. but of course we could try to get a law passed that could make that wrong and give tickets for it. i dont want my little girls having to look at the butts of stupid people. i want to just run over to them and help them dress right since they are so dumb. maybe they are just sick and need some kind of treatment. THEY ARE JUST TO STUPID TO KNOW THEY LOOK LIKE THE WORLDS DUMBEST BECAUSE THEY SURE DONT HAVE ANYTHING WORTH LOOKING AT. thats it they have nothing there but want you to think they do'

I agree with you Truth be known. Their parents must not be to bright either, because you know who has to come up with the money to buy clothes for these kids. As a mother of a teenage boy, I will NOT ALLOW my son's underwear to show, And... He has more self respect and more respect for other people. He knows that no one wants to look at his underwear! Once again my motto is...Grow up and Pull Up!!.

If you agree that baggy pants is wrong, then you should thank the manager at Busy Bee (or the other stores) for posting the sign. It just might influence them and others to "keep the signs up and enforce their decision." Just saying.

I actually went in there yesterday and noticed the sign. I told the cashier "Nice sign" and smiled. All places should have it.
