Ive been told of the two faced Beverly? Short round blonde? Had a cousin work there awhile back. She said that she sort of a list of who she can get rid off. Other people there told her to watch out for Beverly and get the bad side. She has her little group of pets that she takes care of. Tower had a layoff and all of them didn't go back so they were hiring. Her favoritism showed up. There were people with attendance problems let go. She lied to all of them. If she liked you then she would hire them back in 6 months. If she didn't like them they were told no because of attendance she couldn't let her come back, ever. Some there have done it 2-3 times! Those employees had the same problems! FAVORITISM Her day will turn up!

Her day will turn up! Been working in factories, small and large, for almost 35 years - there' always been favoritism and nepotism in hiring and firing. Nothing new about it and will always happen, even in union shops. Do your job well and don't have attendance problems and 99% of the time you won't have any problems.

Wow, you have no idea do you? Absolutely!!! If you are really that blind , I feel for you. Live blind and follow the rest of the sheep!! Hire for qualifications, not Name, or sight. Not so much now because it was going take her job, that would speak very openly in front of people about hiring. She really fucked over a girl named Toni. She put her back on the floor and if you ask she would tell you anything, even of Mimi laughing at who was next. That type of conduct even spread across the team leaders. Speaking openly about people under them. Completely to the point it falls under conspiracy. I myself have heard and a Very Close friend of mine, two people with Identicle problems received complete opposite outcomes. I can honestly say she is the most untrustworthy, backstabbing person I know. The people like Beverly in her position, are what causes all the lies, rumors, poor working conditions, and definitely turn the goods to be disgruntled. Just one simple gesture of Real kindness would overwhelmingly make more growth of morale than a shirt or cold potluck. Sad ONE person can have that much effect on the communities view of a once sought after employer. Beverly does not have the caracter that is needed in that position.

My point is that at Tower, HR does not make any any hiring/firing decisions. The only time HR gets in the loop is after an employee is hired, and if a person is to be fired, they do it. Anyone who claims they are is dead wrong. Apparently your faulty research didn't include Tower. As an employee of many years, I know of what I speak. You might want to check more carefully of your facts before making your comments.
