I have a neighbor that has been shooting them all night and said he is going to tomorrow night too!I was wondering if they have banned them yet because of being so dry!!!

No they haven't last I heard... The did in Corbin and London city limits ... But you might remind your neighbor that if one of them sets a fire he is Legally responsible for all costs of fighting the fires, damage to homes and property and harm to people.. And since there is a Sever Fire Warning in effect he can be criminally charged ,,,
