Review: Alignment Shop & Auto Repair

I liked these people - although there is much to be desired when you actually need a written quote and a truly fair price . Things get pretty skitzy~ especially getting a estimate ~for something that should be easier to figure out with a computer system.
I have had them do a few things on my older BMW -I feel a disconnect and recently they must have had a lot of money problems that they passed along with some stress I could not buy into-and when I picked up my car it had been left out in the torrential rain and was wet on the back floors!!
I will not go back and if I do decide to realize BUYER BEWARE!!

I took all of my vehicles there for over a year. I wish I could get that time and money back. They screw you, and smile. I bring my car in and specifically ask for an oil change only,and you do an $80 alignment because "you thought I needed it". Then act indignant, screw you. BEWARE!
