Doesn't everyone already know this? All these laws are just a way for the county/government to make money. They wait for someone to break the law, write them a big fat ticket and laugh all the way to the bank.

Does anyone notice that professionals who drive/fly at high speeds use a 4 or 5 point harness? Car seat for kids have 4 and 5 point harness systems. They are a whole lot safer in them than not. I wish my car offered a 4 or 5 point harness. I know I can retrofit them, but then on inspection day I fail because it is not original equipment. Our 3 year old survived a nasty wreck with absolutely no injuries because he was in a car seat.
