Where's the county boat?

Start at the top. This Sheriff has been screwing things up since the republican woman's group in Bandera decided he was their man to replace the last Sheriff. Yes he was chosen for his first term.
He shot a man from behind in a chase and got away with it even though he knew the man was not armed and in full retreat.
Now he and his brother have been evidentally hoarding a gift given to the county for themselves.
Now they neglected to tell anyone the donor own a bail bonds business the sheriff does business with.
I hope they throw the book at this sheriff for all he has done in Bandera.

Yea that's right, Scott Sharp was terminated the other day after the Sheriff himself did surveillance of his house and cuaght him having breakast. Not exactly a fireable offense. That whistle blower finally got his!! I made up a new sayin the other day. When a bad cop starts looking at the good cops and starts beleiving they're criminals, than he had lost his way forever!!

Sheriff Tucker is on CYA patrol now. This boating thing is going to hurt Tucker and his brother.
Sheriff Tucker up at 6:oo am at all much less out on patrol is something new.
Sheriff Tucker is trying to hush this thing up and he is hoping it will just go away. Don't think that is going to happen.

They need to go back to the sticks where they grew up in Real county.
Those boys are giving Bandera a bad name.
Now they fired Mario Hernandez, he knows too much like Sharp so they fire him.

Thank's Shadow, I just know sometimes things on the net can be misleading. Just keep in mind not everything you here is true. There are two sides to every story. As far as the Sheriff screwing things up, I don't think thats the case. I think he is finally clearing house of the bad seeds. I know if someone was on my payroll and eating breakfast on my time I would fire them too.

Hell i you fired deputies for being late to work there would be no deputies. This was a real problem when they were all allowed to take sheriff's department cars home. No one knew when anyone went on duty.
Tucker is supervising his own brother, how is that for conflict of interest.
Deputy Sharp's son was just fired for having sex with a prisoner. Then Investigator Sharp is busted to deputy and put back on the street.
Next he is fired when Sheriff Tucker staked out his house at 6:30 am. What was he doing there on a stake out, for what a reason to fire Sharp.
Sharp never tried to influence his son's dismissal.
Sheriff Tucker is in the middle of a problem with the boat right now and he would probably like to deflect it somewhere else. Problem is the man who made the donation of the boat is under federal investigation right now for doing things like that for favors. He has a business right beside the Sheriff's office. Doesn't look goo.

Like I said things can be misleading, Im not here to argue anything.I do know that the boat did not come from the person that the paper reported. I know that for a fact. And as far as a conflict of interest, The Sheriffs brother was appointed that position under the old Sheriff. Tucker did not promote his brother. And no I do not work for the Department I just know how these things work. All I am getting at, Before you come on here relaying hear say information you may want to do your homework a little better. And like I said im not here to argue anything. It just makes me sick to see false information getting passed on like it is.

Well where to start. Are you a Bandera citizen? Because if you were you would have read Don Brger of the Bandera Sheriff's department acknowledged that he neglected to tell the Commissioners that the man who owned the boat indeed ownes several bail bonds businesses.

Saenz owned a bail bond business in Bandera County.“Now that, I don’t know.” "He also said that in the two years since Saenz donated the craft, it has not been used for any water rescue operations in Bandera County."
Fact- the boat came from Albert Saenz.
I never said Sheriff Weldon Tucker "promoted " his brother Allen did I? He is however in direct supervision of his own brother and that is a conflict.
If it makes you sick to see false information then stop posting it here.

The last thing Bandera needs is your kind of false stories posted around and people taking it for the truth.
Now take your own advice and at least read the stories, that no one in the Sheriff's office denied, before making statements.
Saenz by the way is under federal investigation for tis exact thing, giving gifts and then expecting favors toward his companies.

Why in the world would I know whether you live in Bandera or not? What is your name?
Everything going on in the Sheriff's office is concerning right now. Meeting with the Sheriff would be like interviewing the fox in the henhouse. Besides the FBI and Texas Rangers will do the interviews.
