International Paper is killing a town. They don't seem to even care. It is impacting all of the business in Franklin. The plant is not losing money according to all reports. The plans I understand is that they are going to level the mill completly dismanteling the mill to the ground.
These I.P. workers have given their lives to the mill generation after generation. They don't seem to have any compasion for the workers and their families.Everything they have bought ,homes,cars, their childrns educations and their regular everyday bills depends on the promises that were made to them by their employer. Good people are being put out of work. Sending the work out of the Country is Un-American in my opinion. |

What happened to those thousands and thousands of jobs, promised by Jindal, that were waiting for "Ethics Reform" to come to this state? Just more Republican trash talk. I feel cheapened and used.
