He was molesting girls on Woodhill Drive.

Please call for an investigation.

He used to leave his car running outside of his Home during work hours in order to burn gas and make it look like he was patroling!

THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE PUBLIC!

Well he was fired and has not been arrested yet. Heard the FBI is doing an investigation on the entire Munhall Police Department. Another one just quite. He was caught buying his 17 year old girlfriend booze and posted the pictures on myspace!! His girlfriend is 17 years old and he has been dating her for 2-3 years!!! 14 years old and he was a cop at the time!! Everyone in Munhall knows about it, the borough covers it up and lets it happen!! They think no one know but everyone does.

The chief should resign.

This is such a disgrace.

I am planning to start a petition calling for the firing of the Police Chief.

He is untimately responsible for the actions of his officers.

They have so much waste in that department. No wonder we have so many house robberies. The cops are on the cell phones and cruising for chicks!

Is there no morality??!!

Among the new charges filed on Thursday was a count of solicitation. Police said Curtin offered the girls $1,000 each on the Internet to kiss their feet and suck their toes.

And he was patrolling your streets!

From the United States Department of Justice

Office of Community Oriented Police Services.

Effective crime control requires a collaborative working relationship between law enforcement and the communities that they are sworn to serve and protect. A culture of police integrity is essential in building respect and trust and, in turn, mutual respect and trust between police and citizens is essential to effective crime control. Local law enforcement agencies operating within their legal authority, in accordance with accepted police practices, and in an ethical manner consistent with community expectations, means police integrity.

"ONE ESSENTIAL PRINCIPAL OF COMMUNITY POLICING IS PUBLIC TRUST. IF TRUST DOES NOT EXIST BETWEEN THE PUBLIC AND THEIR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY THEN COMMUNITY POLICING EFFORTS WILL NOT WORK. INTEGRITY MUST BE THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING WE DO, AND IS THE ORNERSTONE OF COMMUNITY POLICING."

NOT IN MUNHALL!!!

The public's opinion of the Police and Boro Management could not be lower.

Why do we need so many police vehicles for such a small boro?

Take a look at the bororo budget online. Everyone has cell phones paid for by the taxpayers!

The funds need to be put toward a community center in order to help families meet one another and keep their daughters from partying with the disfunctional police.

They have put more and more staff on the boror and police payroll.

For example, there are two building code inspectors even though nothing meaningful has been built in the boro for 10 years!

It is so sad and pathetic....

I have two young children and plan to move a soon as possible.

Munhall is headed on the same path as Braddock and Rankin.

that is just the budget, what do they spend? you know they go over budget, they have over $6,300 budgeted for cell phones just for the pd. then there is fire, street and whoever else. about $10,000/year for cell phones if not more!! look at what they budget for the DARE program,$1,000/year. Shame!!!

How about this one: Curtin to be arraigned by Magistrate Torkowsky, they both know each other and Torkowsky was a Munhall police dispatcher before he was elected as Magistrate. Think the charges may get thrown out?
