Michael Carlovsky is the best. Oh to Tonocilot, The person said the boy is living with his Father, what does that tell ya. Curious: I assume that you have tried to work things out, if not try to do that. Work out a visiting agreement. If you willingly turned over full custody including rights you're going to find it hard to change it. Unless you can prove that you're Ex is unfit. Trying to start with limited visitation will be the best for you and your son. That will lead to a bonding which could lead to something else later and less expensive. Be prepared to pay up the nose for a lawyer. I know you son is worth it.

His office can't even do so much as return phone calls, keep her informed of what is going on and what needs to be done and how to do it. there is not any honest or good ones their all involved together, the judges too!!! Carlowsky Stoker Greene Childers Horrigan are all a joke and deceiving and Klink and his side kicks especially the ex drug addicts he has working for him are evil to say the least, she has her croonies after you causing you trouble, beware of anyone in this court for any honesty.
