Horses get colic and if you are not home thaey can die. The other two horses where slightly thin NOT starving. The person who called in the report does not get along with the farm owner. The horses had food!

Where does it say the person who complained did not like the lady? And in the report, the horse had been dead for a few days and if she knew it was dead and left it there, that for one is wrong but if she dident even know the horse was dead that long, that signifies neglect. Also, if they were walking through mud and feces and had no water and only a little amount of food, that is also neglect. do you have any idea how much food and water three horses need each day? stop defending animal abusers.
