Guttenberg trial moved to August

I am the mother of Terri Petit and I have alot to say.The man that killed her does not deserve to walk the streets,drive or live. He killed my daughter and I will never forgive him or the justice system for what they have put my 3 grandsons, myself, or her whole family through. I know in my heart if the system doesn't do anything then our all mighty lord will.My grandsons and I will face him one day and he will hear what we have to say.I feel in my heart that Clayton County should have the death penalty.I hope if anyone reads this they will respond to me.Our lives will never be the same.I see her everwhere I go. i really agree to audrey niehaus, terri had alot of friends and family in guttenberg and South C. she was a out going person.. i miss her very much, but the guy that killed her should be in prison or not even living.. theres no reason for anyone to kill any one. it doesnt matter what ur fighting about its not right at all.. this christmas and every other chirstmas is not gunna be the same with out terri around, we will all miss u SO much! i hope u have a merry christmas, in memory of Terri Petit!!!

What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I do not know Mr. Pierce, nor did I know Terri, but there is a lot more to this story than what has come out. Maybe you should question ex police officer Moser about it. I understand he refused to show up for court twice, on this matter, and had to be supeoned for the 3rd court date. What is he trying to hide about it?

i didn't know that moser refused to so up for court in the matter of my sister's death do you have any other info on this matter? i was told it was put on hold because they weren't sure what questions they could ask him on the stand because of the trouble he is in. ya there is more to this store and i know all of it. ya curt killed my sister i was on the phone with her when he took her life.i live with that everyday as does curt for what he KNOWS he did.

It sickens me to no end that we're still awaiting trial for a murder that occurred nearly a year and a half ago -- There is a serious problem with a justice system that takes so long to prosecute - there'll likely be another long haul in the appeal process as well. Meanwhile Curt gets to walk the streets and live life... despicable

ya he even got to see is oldlest son graduate this past sunday my sister wil never get to enjoy any of that with her boys. enough is enough my family has been through hell with what has happenend. our family needs closer so we can finally being to start to morn the lose of terri. rest in peace sis good things come to those who will wait and the best things to those who wait the longest and the best thing for him LIFE/DEATH PENALTY!!!!!!!!!!

Well I knew the both of them and if you ask ANYBODY that knows Curt, they will tell you that he treated her "like gold". He was the only person that desperately tried to help Terri become a better person and get off the multiple drugs she was on and start taking care of her children properly. He paid her bills, fed her kids that she couldn't support (because she rarely worked), bought her and her kids a car, clothes, video games, etc. He was the only "father figure" your grandsons had in their life and the ONLY chance they had to become nice young gentlemen. EVERYONE knows Terri had an explosive personality and picked fights on a daily basis with everyone she knew, so it is her own fault that she decided to walk along the highway that night....DON'T BLAME THE ONLY MAN THAT GAVE A SHIT ABOUT HER and SHAME ON YOU SHERRI FOR PUTTING CURT DOWN WHEN YOU KNOW DAMN WELL HOW MUCH HE DID FOR YOUR SISTER. The truth will come out and you will all regret what you have done to Curt and his family because they are suffering just as much as the Petit family. MAYBE WE SHOULD LET THE CLAYTON COUNTY COPS KNOW THAT YOU ARE LOCATED IN MISSOURI SO YOU CAN COME BACK AND FACE THE MULTIPLE WARRANTS FOR YOUR ARREST, You should still be a prime suspect yourself since you are the one that went and got stoned with your sister right before she stumbled out onto the highway. As far as anybody knows, you could have been the one that actually hit her so stop pointing fingers and trying to ruin another family....THE ONLY FAMILY THAT GAVE TERRI A CHANCE. If you are so religious then maybe you should have tried to help your daughter like Curt did. You too know how much he did for her and tried so hard to help her be a better person. He also took care of your 3 grandchildren (from 3 different fathers). You know what kind of person Terri was and yes you will always love her but if you are such a religious person maybe you should wait to see who really killed your daughter instead of hating someone so much for something they did not do. That same week Curt took you daughter to get her hair done ($150), bought her a car, bought your grandsons all their Christmas presents, and celebrated Christmas with them in the absence of all the Petit family. Where were all of you on Christmas Day???? you know you only know what you have been told well i seen more than you know. yes this has gone on for way to long. just to ease your mind there was NO BLACK TRUCK!!!!!!!! there is so much pain for ALL involved my heart crys every day for those 6 boys who's lives have been turned upside down because of stupid mistakes they. what kind of drugs are you on you must be on something to beleive curt is all innocent. everybody has a past some people like there's and others don't. curt has an explosive temper and if you know him like you say you do then you already know this. have a good life.

please please call them tell them were i'm at since you think you know so much. i have already faced my judge and jury if you must know. i could have done alot of damage when i went to court but i didn't. at least i owned up to what i did got my sentence and now i'm doing my time.thanks for caring so so so much about me.

ya he sure did take her to get her hair done only because he wanted her to look like TAMMY. same color same cut ya he even picked it out for her. her own son said" mom you look like TAMMY" see ask me i said he's right he has you looking like her. sure he treated like gold when people were looking {the public eye} but he was a control freak. ya see i've seen and know a hell of alot more than you do your's is second, third, hell probably fourth hand information i have eye witnessed alot of there relationship trouble the good and the bad. i don't recall saying curt was a bad person yes i have known him for 15 plus years. It's a terrible tragedy that tese 2 family's are suffering so much but WE ALL HAVE BEEN EFFECT by this and ya i can understand you wanting to believe in is innocence. what's done is done and there will be a judge and jury for him like me and he will have to face the truth. if the man your sister was with did this to her and you thought he was a good person it still won't change that FACT what happened you know my sister was also a good person and you say he didn't do this beleive me i wish the same i tell you what lets quit all of this hurting towards one another and let the judge/jury see the evidence and let them decide after all it's all in there hands know.

I am the stepmother of one of Terri's sons. I know my 2 cents doesn't matter but, I'm going to add it anyway. I would appreciate all of the negative postings about Terri to stop. She has 3 children who are old enough to search the internet and read these things. Haven't they been through enough? I understand wanting to protect people you care about (that's what I'm doing as well). If Curt were my friend or family member, I might find myself doing the same thing. However, that is no reason to drag Terri or anyone else in her family through to mud. And I disagree with you when you said Curt was the only chance of Terri's sons of becoming gentlemen. I am raising one of them (along with his father) and we have been long before Curt was ever in the picture. I am proud to say that he is an exceptional young man. I couldn't be prouder of him or love him anymore if I would have given birth to him myself! He is truely an outstanding person. From what I can see of his 2 brothers, they are as well. However, they have a lot to overcome. They had their Mother taken from them on CHRISTMAS DAY!! They will have to live with that for the rest of their lives. Don't you think that's enough heartache for them to deal with without reading horrible things about the Mother they still love?? Bottom line, Terri gave birth to 3 children - 3 amazing boys - and I'm asking you to respect them and let them hold only good memories of Terri close to their hearts. They deserve it.

you r absolutley right these youngmen are who they are because of my sister and now who they become is in your hands and she couldn't have left my nephews in better care i thank you from the bottom of my heart that you are all there for them and that you protect them like that today is my birthday i sure wish i could get a call from her but i never will. curt has changed all of our lives forever most importanly those youngmen r forever effected. thank you

I have heard that the murder trial of Curt Pierce will be held in October 2008. If so, will it be in Clayton County? Maybe some of the truth will come out; maybe not. My heart goes out to BOTH the Petit family and the Pierce family.

Does anyone know when and where the trial is?
