What you've obviously taken from your time living in the South is that you think everyone here is racist.
What I'm observing from my time here is that many (not all) black people here use their race as an excuse for their actions and situation, and are quick to say their being persecuted because of their color, not because they stabbed someone to death or commited armed robbery, etc..
