Walker man faces charges in fatal crash near Backus

How is that someone who has had more than 1 DUI in the last 2 years is still able to drive? And also be in bars? Why is this person not in prison?

He has two DUI's? How does a person find out what else happened with this case? It's really important to me!

Well most people just ask. What is so Important about this to you??? Him or Her?? She is my Niece!! And it's still going on.His court is next week. To see what he pleads Guilty or not. If you ask me it's Guilty!!!! And I am more then glad to help you answer any questions.

Maybe you should get your facts straight before SLANDERING an innocent person on the internet. He has NEVER HAD A DUI IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE. There is no reason he should be behind bars, he's done nothing wrong. He is only being persecuted because of the color of his skin and before you go making judgements get the WHOLE TRUTH, The passenger of that vehicle would still be alive had she not grabbed the steering wheel and drove them into those trees, this is a tragedy and it should have never happened I think we can all agree on that.

NO HE HAS NEVER HAD A DUI, where did you hear that? That is the way that nasty rumors get started. Don't repeat something that is so serious in nature without having all the facts. That is pretty unfair, don't you think?

I really doubt skin color is an issue!!! We all have color in our skin!!! Try the ACT the person negected to do as the "resposble" driver. How can you comment on what the other person in the vehicle did? WHERE YOU IN IT? Unless you saw with your 2 eyes what happened how can you make accusations on a dead young woman? The truth will prevail, if not here in heaven. GOD KNOWS THE TRUTH!

What ever happened to being innocent until proven guilty? I have known this young man for quite a while now, and never once has he ever shown me that he is anything but kind, well mannered, and respectful of others. At work, he is the hardest working employee there. He puts in almost as many hours as the supervisor. All he needs is for everyone NOT to act like judge and jury, especially when they don't know, or care to know, the full story. Let him have a fair trial. I am sorry that a young woman lost her life and a little girl lost her mother. I just want people to let him have his day in court.

He does not need to be proven innocent because he is not and any one with common sense can put that together.Because he was the one driving so he should of had his hands on the steering wheel and not around her neck.Then the vehicle would not of gone off the road into the tree's....So now what about the new case on him? Are you going to blame that on the new girlfriend too? At lest she got out before he killed her.What are we going to do now call color on that too? He killled two people.One he had aboused for 2 1/2 years and the other one for 9 mounths.Then the thired one the little girl that made it though the accident 1 1/2 years. God Bless for what it is worth she is still living but pays for it every day of her life with the pain of everything she has saw over this time period as well as the death of her Mother and baby brother that she never even got to see. ummm yeah this is a lil late but, that girl was my sister and those kids are my niece and nephew....that guy KILLED my sister, all you people on his side can go to hell, u don't obviously know what its like to go every day to not be able to see someone who coulda meant somethin to the world...instead the world gets to see more criminal than good because he thinks it's ok to do that kinda thing....You all disgust me cuz u say that he is innocent....U weren't there...u don't know....I take the word of that little girl over anything anyday....he is a worthless piece of s***t and nothing good is ever gonna come to him!
