I don't believe that any of the victims were career prostitutes. People do things like this to make extra money, disgustingly but desperately.
A small child was found as well.
Don't ASSUME that they are all prostitutes. Hospitals need organ donors, so they will use prostitutes in the beginning, to throw law enforcers off the trail. Anyone in law enforcement who spends anytime investigating an illegal organ harveting theory probably had his brain harvested a long time ago.
