This was a good way for us to be able to smoke in bars. But King Timmy and his cronies in the courts now have arranged it again so we can't. And to top it off, cigs are now 5 bucks per pack and going higher!

King Timmy is going to take away my smokes, my health insurance, my cash payments, my housing allowance, and everything else.

Minnesota is not as nice a place as it used to be. I can't wait til we get someone who thinks like my President, Barack Obama, into the governor's office here. Then this will be a nice place to live again.

Oh remember the good ol' days when you could smoke on buses, elevators, even church. No one seemed to mind back then. Now days everyone has asthma or some kind of breathing disorder.

Another victory for anti-smoking whiners, liberals and the nanny state, another loss for personal and business owners rights and personal responsibility.

If you are a Minnesota Citizen and your concerned about getting your Health Insruance, Cash Payments and Housing allowance taken away by the Govenor, I do wish you would move out. You definately sound like a moocher (burden on taxpayers) to me.

For your information, your closet smoking president Teleprompter's first act as hypocrite-in-chief was to impose a .62 cent Federal tax on cigarettes.

It's Democrats like your president Teleprompter and RINO's like Pawlenty who are responsible for these bans and taxes.

As for the rest of your complaints, get a job.

Don't forget there are anti-drinking fanatics out there who want to put you out of business using the same tactics as the anti-smokers. These "silly games", as you call them, may come in handy when your business is gone after in earnest.

Well, duh. I can't even believe those idiots in the bar thought that would work. Good to see the judges knew it was a sham.

You have no idea of what "Free Enterprise" means do you? If you did not like the smoke, shy did you go to the bars that allowed it?

The legal fight may be over but smokers do harbor animosity toward the anti-smoking Nazi's. If someone were ask, even politely (with sugar on top) that I smoke somewhere else when I am in a place where it is allowed, I can tell you my response will be far from polite. It is simply not a reasonable request. Bring up your asthma and the negative response will amplify.

Smokers are weak, weak people. They look so silly and stupid when they cower and burn their cigarettes on one of their 8-a-day "smoke breaks". And they really smell bad. Smokers are the least productive workers I've ever employed. All they want to do is make it until the next smoke. Smokers are, in a word, losers.

Your President Obama is a big proponet of anti-smoking laws, and he is a big part of the reason that your smokes are 5 bucks a pack. He just instituted a federal tobacco tax that raised prices by one dollar per pack.

Indeed. Check out the list of weak, silly, stupid losers below:

Barack Obama, Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Robert Oppenheimer, Winston Churchill, Franklin D Roosevelt, Ulysses S. Grant, Bill Clinton, John F Kennedy, Gerald Ford, Lyndon B. Johnson, George Orwell, J.K. Rowling, JR Tolkien, CS Lewis, John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Eddie Van Halen, Vincent Van Gogh, Leonard Nimoy, Che Guevara(your hero im sure)... the list goes on and on and on

For the kicker, Hitler hated smoking

When you lick quantum mechanics, save the world from tyranny, write the greatest novel of our time, or match any of the accomplishments of these weak, silly, stupid losers, perhaps then your idiotic statements will have a semblance of veracity. Until then shut your pie hole moron

I know what free enterprise is.

I also know what the state and federal laws are.

Smokers are losing the ability to smoke indoors. It is not a right. And I for one like the fact that you smokers have to go outside and light up. Again, it keeps the air indoors clean, even for you.

Tell me, why must you feel the need to pollute the air everywhere you go?

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Capricorn

You're feeling edgy as Mars moves into reverse, and it won't be long before people start to get on your nerves. You might get very irritated by someone's funny little habits, yet feel you daren't say anything in case you go overboard. Or you could get very annoyed when someone blurts out something that was supposed to be a secret but which quickly becomes common knowledge.
