Morris Fire was arson, officials says

I own a home in the canyon. I was out of my home for over 2 1/2 weeks because of the acts of this 13 year old. I see weekly the people who use and abuse the canyon. The majority of the people who use the canyon are from one nationality, no question. The majority of them, yes, DO NOT RESPECT IT. Trash is left, diapers, trash. They use the land as a toliet. It is discusting. The roads are used as a race track. I have turned in more drunk drivers than I care to count. No fire signs are posted EVERYWHERE but are ignored. Rules do not apply. Yes, there are some people who come up here that are wonderful. But the majority are not. I don't know or care who is legal or illegal. I just wish that people would enjoy the and respect the area and keep it safe.
