It has been addressed that I have only been listening to one side of the story. For the ones that it has affected... "I'm am sorry." There seems to be a key infection within the bay in which I am aware of. The one who has been spreading this infection/"Rumor" has been noted. I might be related to this individual and I do not share his/this individual's acts against the bay. What I do respect is that I am told the truth. Since my wife and I moved into the bay, the very first day, we were accused of a felony. Maybe just to check us out but the most honest people that just moved here to start a new beginning to be confornted by the P.D., maybe to "just check us out" was a greeting of felony charges.
Maybe we were just reminded how stereotypes of the local law enforcement was here in the bay. It reminded me back when I was in California during the O.J. Simpson case or the Rodney King case. Never-the-less the local P.D. could have been more prepared that a new homeowner was in town. Security of the bay was on my mind. Was it a felony stop or to just check us out? Will my family will be safe here in the bay. Thus leading me to first hand heresay/rumors about the bay.
Now that we are now homeowners and plan to stay, I realize that superior officers and the lower beat "cop". Maybe I was being stereotype myself and I appologize to the local P.D. But the information that my wife has brought to my attention today regarding a certain family member, your secret is safe with me and I will not jeapordize "it".
I would like to official like to apologize to Officer Towns for being related to this individual that maybe making his life and employment a distraction.
Ant.

huh? I'm pretty sure this is the offspring of the "so called" informant. I have never seen anything from the SR. but the JR sure takes the cake. Makes me think the fruit(cakes) do not fall far from the tree.

That was a really nice and concerned post you made! I hope you both enjoy your stay here, and if you have any questions or concerns my door and mailbox is always open to you! It's just too bad though I can't really help you out now with anything city related since I lost the election, but I think if you need anything I can always pull a few strings in the city hall and make something happen!

Good luck!

I have been gone awhile and let you folks have fun with yourselves and sure enough you didn't let me down. Another dipwit passing themself off as me. My God people, give it a rest. I am not even in the state of Texas or near Pelican Bay and still you stir up trouble. My door, mailbox or anything I own, would NEVER be open to the informant, Jr or Sr.
Losing the election was a blessing and alot of headaches have been removed, BUT don't forget, I DO know where ALL the skeletons are hidden and I damn sure know the law. Tisk, Tisk on anyone who brings it on. Are you willing to pay the price??

R-O-F-L-O-L!

You must enjoy reliving the past again. This post was 2 and a half MONTHS OLD and made the same time as all the other fake posts you made!

And you can stop all the hollow threats and craziness already. Nobody in Pelican Bay gives a crap what you think anymore, and they never did even when you were here.

No threats, just facts.
Why don't you make an public information request for ALL emails to/from council, secretary, city attorney & mayor. And see for yourself the crap that is going on behind the scenes. I did and I plan to forward them to a person who will find them quite interesting. I'm out but not down.
The only fakes here are you and all the low down dirty dogs you sleep with.
Have fun with yourself, it's just too funny, the stupity of it all. ROFLMAO.

It's spelled STUPIDITY dipdedipshit, ROFLMAO!

So keep laughing it up while you still can. Just because you are gone from office don't mean you are not responsible for all your words and actions. If you had any brains left in that empty head you would have figured that out a long time ago and shut the hell up. Just saying.

You also failed to address the fact previously pointed out to you that you dug up a 2 1/2 MONTH OLD POST either posted by you or some dingbat cohort, and then whined about it online as if someone posted it yesterday.

You still seem so cynical and bitter at losing and desperate for the good old days of power tripping, lying, gossiping and backstabbing.

Remember when you thought you had absolute power over Pelican Bay the council and the citizens by using fear tactics, threats and intimidation and controlling the police, just like you did before with your good buddy Chief Frankum?

All those good old-bad old days you can now only fondly reminisce about, huh? But keep sticking that ugly foot in your foul mouth as only you know how, since nobody else does it better than you do.

And don't forget to make a request for all of RMC's correspondence to the city while you are at it, all you RMC gossip fans. I'm sure the city would be happy to comply for a small fee and finally put this rabid mad dog out of its misery.

you people are just to darn stupid to see what's in front of you. rmc is gone but not forgotten. And just look at the situtation you are in now. 2 full time offices and 1 part time (ur coucils choices), no animal control, 1 day code officer, in debt up to their eyeballs, yet still spending like there is no tomorrow, complaints being filed daily, and they are not addressing any of them, city laws continue to be broken on a daily basis, shall I go on. your little town will soon fall under from its own STUPIDITY. Put that in your beer and drink it.
And when does a post expire?

The former council member you speak of DIDN"T fire or hire any police officers and for the record she didn't even vote on that action to remove the officers prior to losing the election, the other council members did. Blame them.
If any officers are applying in Reno, those are the ones Pelican Bay would not hire, don't blame the bay for your council's stupid mistakes.

Yep this is the truth NO MONEY. With debts over exceeding the amount of revenues, its outstanding. You can't buy a Rolls when you only have a VW wallet.
Property values are down just like every city and property taxes are NOT being paid by home/land owners and this is even from the new subdivision.
No money NO upgrades its a sad situtation.

Probably NOT by the city but the school district will repo for back taxes and resale them, most times just for the taxes owed.
This is how a former councilman aquired a lot of properties in the city, buying the homes for back taxes and believe it or not some for as less as $1,500.
The city (through tax attorneys) will always attempt to collect back taxes and usually gets it.

Usually there are auctions held at the court house(Tarrant Co) I'm not sure how you can get a listing on foreclosed homes. Try and make phone calls with the clerk of courts (Tarrant) and hopefully they can direct you to where you need to go.
I don't believe the home owners can re-buy their homes but I have heard where their friends bought their homes and let the former owners remain in the home, but remember these homes are probably sold at auctions and it goes to the highest bidder, so you may not be so lucky. the bids usually start at what is owed for taxes, etc.

I posted on another site where you can goggle "Homes for sale in Pelican Bay" and get an idea of what's listed there. Friends of mine are selling their home: Double wide, 1/2 acre lot, 2 sheds, enclosed patio room, fenced yard, double carport, and many other extras and they are anxious to sell,(Husband is retiring, is why they are moving) its located at corner of Gilley Trail and Pelican Drive North. Good Luck
and thanks for the comp!!!
