Quiet neighborhood, nice treed lots and paved streets.
Many different homes and lot sizes are avaiable.

Does your city have the only drug problem in Texas? Don't think so. If all the homes were Owned and not rented, then maybe, just maybe your city would develop into some place wonderful to live and raise a family.
Don't condeam those wanting to sell or buy there. Why not give it a chance?
Maybe you're the type who doesn't want a decent neigborhood or you would be doing something to change it. Think about it?

I can't speak for the majority of people but I love my city of Pelican Bay. I enjoy the peace and quiet. The treed lined streets, access to the lake without having to pay another city for this luxury. Yes there are problems but what city doesn't have them.
But we care for our home and yard, we keep our pets on OUR property, pay our taxes, water and light bills, don't break the law,(so no need to call the police), our neighbors are great, most people are friendly, the city employees are there when we need their help or to fix any problems we may have.
We have lived in many cities and states and WE CHOSE to live here. And we don't regret a day of it.
Now there are some of you that will surely come back with ugly comments because we like it here, but this is America and everyone has a choice of where they want to be, so if you don't like our city, my suggestion is to move and live the rest of us in live in Peace.
We would LOVE to see new faces move here. So anyone considering relocating to Pelican Bay, the WELCOME is there.

its a sad day indeed with so many homes for sale. But its not just around us, the whole country is hurting.
The zip code-76020- INCLUDES Azle not just the Bay. So it seems that this is the time to buy either in Azle or the Bay.
