It is great to see that schools are stepping up and saying no to this speech. The first day of school when kids are trying to figure out class schedules and class room locations, do not need their day interrupted by Socialist Obama.

I don't see a big deal with the speech, all he's doing is encouraging students to do well with their future.

The speech that the president gave was brilliant and if it inspired one child he has done his job. For the parents that complained I think they should look deep and ask themselves what was the real reason they would not want their children to be inspired to succeed, no matter who the speech comes from. Way to go president Obama. Some say they show patriotism but I'm starting to wonder abut that.

Your ISP says Fort Lee you are around men and women in uniform and you are blogging about the president being a socialist. Show some patriotism and if I find out where you work on post I am going to report you to your boss. I'm sure as a gov. employee there has to be some regulation on you bashing the president of the United States of America. You should be a shame of yourself.

Well thankfully there is no law against speaking your mind (YET). I show Patriotism every time I help support the troops or do for my neighbors. to speak out against a person even the President of the United States does not make you Unpatriotic it makes me a free Man under the CONSTITUTION you know that thing that gives you right and liberties. try reading it some day.

Samantha, go ahead and say it. Your insinuation is that the reason that parents would not want their children to listen to Obama's speech is because the parents are racist. Go ahead and say it, don't be a coward. It's the typical attack by you retards when someone doesn't go along with Obama's program.

Could it be that it is still the parents choice whom their kids are preached to? That parents would not want and admitted drug user, smoker, a person that cohorts with communists, criminals (tax cheats), and takes council from racists.

Samantha, criticizing the POTUS is guaranteed under our constitution. Same as the bull crap spewing out of your mouth. How would he lose his job, for speaking his opinion? Your are such a hypocrit. If I find out where you work Samantha, I'm going to report you to your boss. And yeah, I got it like that.

Actually, the Supreme Court said that as long as a government service employee is not making such comments as a part of their job, they can say whatever they want. So you want to be patriotic? Go read and learn about our country before you comment.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Scorpio

Something that you've always taken for granted or believed implicitly could have a big question mark hanging over it during the next few weeks. The more entrenched your views are about this, the more difficult it will be to accept that perhaps it's time for a change of opinion or, at the very least, a revaluation of what you think. Mercury turns retro in your house of communications, so do your best to be open-minded now.
