State Police Cars on Rt 30 & Rt. 1 Whats up?

What is up with all the police cars with their lights on sitting at Rt 1 and KD Blvd. I know it is for the fair. But what is the purpose? I came throuth there lastnight and the lights blinded me. I couldn't see if cars where coming down Rt 1. Blinded By The Light

I saw the same thing going northbound and it was blinding. Talk about losing your night vision for a few minutes.

I know. It is crazy. The police have to know that it blinds people.
