"Brainard's responsibilities will include....analyzing and improving operations....She has a proven history of improving customer service processes and embracing changes for the better."

I sure as hell hope so.

I hope they keep my on demand working- I'm about to sue them, and have filed fcc complaints- my on demand has been out an average of 1 day per week every week for 5 months, and that's only after hundreds of hours of heartache, arrogance from the co. such as telling me on demand is "free", even though they know they would shut on demand and all my cable services off if I didn't pay my bill, and even though I still pay an average of 30 dollars a month for on demand, and I subscribe to pay channels, who's on demand isn't "free", and desperately trying to constantly fix the box myself by unplugging and replugging it, and insisting that my box is working, it's their header signal downloads that is the problem

Me too. Right now, Time Warner really sucks. Its customer service and tech support is awful.

On Fort Bliss alone...Time Warner Csble has shown through their corporate policy of not being wholly concerned about service...a long record of non-response to the needs of the customer.
This degree of poor TWC management has been endured by El Pasoans for over six years now.
EXAMPLE...just on POST:
Both the Government contract operations on Post and for those individual Soldier Barracks and Soldier-Family Housing accounts with Time-Warner Cable...the experience across the board...has been both disrespectful and outright dismissive of any degree of professional response or courtesy towards the customer.
Even some of our General Officers, Senior Colonels and Sergeant Majors have endured the same degree of disrespect...makes one wonder what the common Soldier (and obviously lowly in TWC's view) and their families have to go through!
The Army is moving into town, maybe our insistance that service become paramount to corporate greed and indifference...will finally be resolved by the arrival of at least one or two better choices...DIRECT TV or AT&T.
GOOD RIDDANCE...TIME WARNER!
