The 'misguided youths' referred to in this article are Anchor Baby Gangbangers... spawned by their illegal alien mothers. They are a SCOURGE on our society! They are shiftless, lazy, good-for-nothing losers who do nothing but strut their 'machissmo' and threaten and intimidate innocent citizens. Just the mere presence of their shaved heads and disgusting tattooed bodies is enough to scare the hell out of the tourists on Avalon. It has been well documented by Heather McDonald, an expert on the subject, that the first and second generation anchor babies are responsible for almost all of the gang crime. Going 'stir crazy' on the small Island is NOT an excuse for spray painting skateboards and public restrooms! It is a CRIMIE to vandalize! Throw them in jail for 6 months every time they spray those cans! Spray painting and grafitti are the jobs for entry level gangbangers...then comes robbery, murder, and all the other good stuff. If they don't conform, drowning them is always an option!

Most Parents do not want to believe there child or children are gang members, but how many parents take the time to really find out that there child is hanging out with. I have not heard of any taggers who do not consider themselves a gang. Due to the fact if another taggers cross them out you now have a problem. Every gang and gang member that's taken in custody should be sent over to Iraq or Saudi Arabia, better yet back to the place where there illegal parents came from. They don't have any ideal what it means to live in California. They have create a distored meaning of what Life, Liberty and the Persue of happiness. It's amazing to hear and see people in a mild state of denile. It usually starts out with small icodents of vandalism which slowly escalates to bigger issues.
I don'y know about SWAT Teams but you have to clip those wings quick before it spins out of control. I've seen it on more that one occasion right before my eyes.
