100 residents' tires slashed in San Pedro

Sorry sales were slow so we needed to do some late night "marketing". Keep blaming the MEXICANS people. They caused global warming, too.

This whole thing isn't about race at all- it's about our lovely LAPD. The police will simply not respond to calls of loitering late at night- it's not a serious crime. Besides, what good is pursuing it with the dispatcher when you know all too well that the hoodlums will be long gone by the time the police finally roll in.
I have allot of personal experience with this. We get hoodlum trash from all over (all races by the way) parking in our neighborhood to make a night of booze or drugs in Pt. Fermin park. They'll park on the side streets thinking they're out of sight of the police. When explaining this to the police dispatcher, I get countered with: "Are they legally parked?" At that point, you just give up and the next morning our lawns and curbs are littered with beer bottles, fast food wrappers and often-times graffiti.
So, blame the police, not the race. And by the way, I'm about as white as they get!

Lets not start pointing fingers without knowing. It's not kind to stereotype. Our society needs to stop that, Yes Mexican have been in California as far back as you can remember. We all have benefit from their hard work ethic. I know that in every ethnic group there will be bad apples, let not create hate.

Sad commentary but one of the many reasons why my wife and I moved to the mid-west. We are far from being without crime here but the difference from So. Cal. is a welcomed change.

the Bunny Suit a couple of months ago have to say about this? Is he going to be out on patrol along Gaffey in his cottontail?

These guys are exposed to danger but paid relatively well and I expect more than bunny suits handing out tickets.

you know what gets me most is when this proud as hispanics use the who will pick your lettuce BS. But then again it's not like they can say who will treat your sick. VIVA the lettuce pickers. By the way I am hispanic just tired of the lazy as proud mexicans taking advantage of this country.

A few bad apples. Let's try nieghborhoods and nieghborhoods of bad apples. Women sitting on welfare because they have so many kids they can't afford day care. A few bad apples are a couple kids doing stupid things. The way things are going it will be hard to find a few good apples.

Things are getting out of hand. We do not have anything sacred anymore. Childlike behavior must be met with punishment. Everyone should get together, collect some money for the reward, find these persons and make them pay. If minor, get the parents to pay. This is no longer funny. The area surrounding 15th and Patton Avenue were hit with the vandalism as well.

Does is scare anyone else how many people out there put on this educated, culturally sensitive face in public and then turn into racist, airheaded boobs as soon as they log onto the internet? Every topic seems to eventually turn into a race war. The flavor of the month is Hispanics. Next, it will Asians or Blacks again. I know racism will never be completely wiped out but you would think with so many people of diferent ethnic backgrounds, we would be further than we seem to be right now. Get over all of this stupid name calling and work together to find a solution. International corporations are a much larger threat to our financial security & wellbeing than any individual racial or religious group. There will be no answer until people learn to grow up and work toward a common goal. Does anybody out there agree or should I just close the blinds, turn up the TV and just give up?

Are you that stupid to think the mexican invasion started when George Bush stepped into office? Think again. It has been going on for decades. Besides, it is the democrats for the most part that keep protecting the illegals, not the republicans.

Its the biggest misconception that hispanics are milking the system. Please check with social services. You will then be enlightened by the numbers. Hispanics are not on the top of the list receiving welfare, food stamps and other assistance. I urge to check I don't want to list the top three ethnicities, because I will then be contributing to all the racist remarks. The system is definately abused for due o lack of proper management.

I totally agree with, we need to work together towards a common goal. The feeling that certain races are better than others ,the disparity is not going to solve anything.

Do you honestly think someone that is here ILLEGALLY would be listed in a census?
