People of Newberg: Learn how to drive

I've never experienced worse drivers anywhere else than here. Coincidentally it seems to be mostly soccer moms who are unable to interpret turn signals or the basic flow of traffic. I had one brainiac lady pull up and squeeze into the very right hand side of a lane when I was clearly turning right and the idiot almost nailed me only to give me some idiotic glare. I returned the one finger salute and hopefully raised her blood pressure a couple of notches.

Seriously, this town is not that hard to drive in. If you can't interpret a turn signal then get the hell off of the road because you're a hazard behind the wheel.

newberg has pretty good drivers compared to some nearby towns. In fact, the crosswalks downtown are a great example of courtesy gone too far. I drive the section of highway 99 daily and see people stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks everyday. Maybe once a month or so i will see people stop for pedestrians at a controlled intersection (stop light) while the light is green! Its frustrating to be stuck behind them, and the peds are confused by it, but it shows courtesy over the top.
