This is MN. I'm surprised they charged him at all!!! Remember we have the "MN. Nice, Catch and Release System" ( I will not dignify it by calling it justice). If the liberals have there way, they will incrase "good time" from 1/3 to 1/2 or more. Be interesting to see what he actually gets!

Such a petty charge!!! Someone real attorney needs to look at this case better and do a real prosecution.

ATLANTA - An American diagnosed with the AIDS virus can expect to live for about 24 years on average, and the cost of health care over those two-plus decades is more than $600,000, new research indicates.

Both life expectancy and the cost of care have risen from earlier estimates, mainly because of expensive and effective drug therapies, said Bruce Schackman, the study’s lead author.

Of all AIDS cases in the United States:

48% were tracked back to male-to-male contact
27% were tracked back to male-to-female contact and intravenous drug use,
7% were tracked back to male-to-male contact and intravenous drug use,
16% tracked back to male-to-female contact, and
2% were tracked back to other causes, including hemophilia and other blood recipients, perinatal, and risk not reported or not identified
