sack the so called supervisors. Then get all the children to give the affected kid some MONEY as compensation. Hit the kids where it hurts POCKET MONEY

Give a supervisors a 30-day suspension in their pay, and make the students involved write 1000 times "I will not place my testicles on _________(enter victim's name) face ever again, and have each of their parents dole out $500 each to the victim. Finally, place each student involved on probation for the remainder of this school year. One more screw up and they're out of the athletic program.
