I was a lucky one i stopped doing business of any kind when they gave a 500.00 credit card to illegal aliens, no I.D. required. Not sure on a date but a few years back.

If anybody starts a class action suit, I definitely want to be a part of it. I just had a bill which due was July 4th and they told me since July 4th was a holiday the due date was actually July 3rd so even though I electronically paid it on July 4th, it was considered late because no activity happens on July 4th. Yet, they were able to post my late payment fee on July 4th.

If this if the only time BoA has done something like this to your account, consider yourself one of the most fortunate customers they have. I suggest you get out now before you end up totally screwed like I have been. I wish I had the time right now to list all the underhanded things I've experienced, but if you're interested, I'll try later. I will say that if you do any online banking with BoA, especially if you have any kind of loan, you will find that what is on your screen, what is on the screen of the "customer service rep." who calls to harrass you (in a animatronic, corporate-trained sort of way), and the screen of the rep's manager's screen, are three totally different things. BoA's 21st century online banking system technicians (quote from the last 'manager' I spoke to by phone)"have been trying to solve the problem of these discrepancies since the first of the year (Jan.'08?). That should raise a red flag. Get out ASAP and find a reputable credit union.

bait and switch bk of america offered a loan with interest as low as 9.99% I got sucked aqnd borrowed 15000$ I have a high credit rating (was 680)
I signed upover the phone never suspecting any other than the low rate but when the loan came through It wa 19.99% too late they had allready deposited the money in my account and paid off my credit cards. When I sceamed bloodly muderer the agreed to lower the rate 1% if any one elee got sucked in on one of these deals lets join together and sue the [ants off them I bet no one got the low rate |

everyone stay away from bank of america. if we all start posting in all the posts in U.S maybe they will get the point!!!! i have beed f)cked by them. our equity line was taken away. the reason they give, the appraisals in our area are done. F)cking liars!!!!! they would not even give me a appraisal list they went off of. because they did not actually do one!!!

just getting the word out there is payment enough for me. they have lied about our home equity lie putting a lock on it.

I want to file a class action suit on Bank of America and a creditor who entered into my account and invaded my privacy. I have proof of their illegal actions on mailings sent to me. If you want to unite to accomplish this please write me at jcv15@juno.com |
