lets get envolved!!!! Go to the school board meetings and voice our opinions. I think the uniforms are great, but are other issues to deal with!!! lets work at making the school a better place for our kids, and the town...Speak out!!!!

you know though in a way I would rather buy uniforms, becuase you can find them cheap in some places, but if you go to pennys or even walmart now you spend like 300.00 on outfits even if its only 3 outfits... its expensive these days... I know ppl who go to the academy in LR they have uniforms pretty cheap... what about that little store up town do they not sell uniforms anymore?

Who would want to send their precious children to Augusta school anyway? Nothing but black...why do you think all the white people left. Low test score's, black's don't care. All they want to do is have babies and the teacher's don't have a clue. I would hate to live in the city of Augusta and know that my taxes were paying for such an awful school...

Augusta school is terrible. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one. Why would anyone want to send there kids to a school that is failing miserably.

If people took pride in their school like it used to be, instead of bitch about things; the school WOULD be a better place. The kids only learn to treat each other and the teachers from home.

It isn't the teachers fault for the kids failing, it's the government restrictions on how to DEAL with those trouble-makers who constantly stir the crap.

As for the uniform policy, which this topic was about... I think it's a great idea and needs to be kept.

Better than me? Yes I'm sure you're right, but I've always worked for a living so maybe I'm not so bad. Maybe I just expect more of someone who's teaching our children than you do. Maybe your proud of Augusta's failing grade, but me not so much!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Aquarius

If you're still happily munching chocolates and all sorts of other goodies, you'll have to take yourself in hand at some point during the coming fortnight. Maybe you'll have to compensate for all the festive over-eating by taking more exercise or cutting back on the calories, or perhaps you'll decide that you can't delay giving up smoking any longer. As Mercury turns in your twelfth house of secrets, messages you receive at this time may be very subtle or contain hidden meanings meant only for your understanding.
