What I want to know is how come a search warrant was issued for her HOME after being found w/ marijuana in the CAR?

That makes no sense to me whatsoever.

there is alot of highschool b.s. that goes on everyday at kaplan. i know because i'm there everyday. maybe she was stressed because some adults are trying to go through their second childhood and act like teenagers for four hours a day.no wonder!! if i had her job as an instructor, i'd smoke it too. i,however, wouldn't have gotten caught!! rock on ms. green!!

Seems to me that the Cannon County cops should be looking for the meth manufacturers rather then the pot growers. How many pot smokers go out robbing people for their next fix?
Shay, I agree with you 100%, they should be looking for the Meth, Crack, Pills & god only knows whatelse people.

You sure there wasn't 375 plants and the cops took theirs? THP is crooked;METRO is crooked;so why wouldn't any other county sherrif dept. be any different? Legalize Pot like CALIF is trying to do and there would be a huge fix in the local economy...SMOKE ON!!!
I agree with what you are saying.
YES, I DO THINK THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE SMOKING WEED LEGAL, BUT I GUESS THAT I WILL JUST SMOKE IT ILLEGAL UNTIL THEN,

What? That makes no sense.

It's messed up if they can search your home because you were pulled over.

Don't worry... once California starts taxing it and reporting what amazing revenue the stuff brings in, other states will follow suit. Don't expect TN to be one of the first. We all know how everyone around here is scared to take a step into a more liberal future.

It might be the meth that just kicked or someone failed when it came to learning how to spell.

I no with violent crime on the rise, I will sleep safer. CCA must be raking in some good profits about now.
more than people know! Why else would there be a corporation that exists to build prisons for the state to fill? Money! If you think about it, who ultimately pays this corporation to build more prisons to fill? Let's not get into the theory that law makers in Tennessee may be getting kickbacks from the corporations profits, while creating more laws so as to fill those cells.

If people who like smoking pot were allowed to do so legally, there would be LESS violence in today's society. I have never seen a stoner get violent, unless someone is stealing their pot. Married couples who smoke pot may have less incident of domestic violence.

Yes, smoking weed makes you less intelligent. You should abstain and be just as smart as this guy.
