I think this guy is a nutt and should get life in prison without parol.And should never get to see his kids .He knew very well what he was doing sounds like a real sick-o .No one desearves to die like that.

THANX, it sounds like U knew my lil brother Chad I say that because he was a VERY CARING, LOVING, RESPECTABLE man who extremely loved his kids, family & his friends my lil brother Chad was COLD HEARTEDLY murdered by a individual who decided to play God in which he cowardly took my brother's life he died because he was an OUTSTANDING man he was doing what not many ppl would have done he was defending a female from an EXTREMELY VIOLENT individual that is how we were raised as kids 2 help others in need I AM PROUD 2 say my brother & I were raised w/strong morals Gerardo deserves to be charged w/1st degree murder NOT 2nd I deeply love & miss my lil brother MR.
