Neighborhood Closet

Does anyone know who runs or manages the Neighborhood Closet in Auburn? I was told it was someone named Sandy, then the same person told me it was someone named Kris. I'm starting to think the person telling me this is a loon!

Sandy Streit used to be the hands on manager, but do to her health she is now working in the Project Response office, but does make decisions about the Closet. There is a new Manager on site now.

I'd heard there was someone named Kris managing it now too. Who is she? I like shopping there for my kids since they out grow stuff so fast!

This store is great shopping at they help you if you ask, friendly, good quality clean items & a great price all the time!

I don't know the new manager's name, but she isn't very talkative to customers. I miss Sandy working there. They do have a lot of stuff and the prices are reasonable!

I've been in there a few times in the last couple of months but I'm not sure who the new manager is. What does she look like?

I'm not sure but I was told she was about 5'7" or so, about 45, maybe lives in or around Verdon and has recently started dating a guy from Nebraska City. Could be the wrong person, not sure.

Chris is the new mang.She is a single mom of 4 kids. She lives at Shubert. She was daten the guy who purchased the funeral home in Stella. I must addmit Sandy was abit friendlier with customers but Sandy new about everyone around here. This new person just moved here from Ks. But i have noticed last time i was in there prices has gone up abit.

OMG dont you people have anything better to do then gossip? well if you must i am not 45 i only have 3 kids and yes i was dating the jerk that owns the funeral home, and yes i am the manager of the store, sandy does however make all the calls. Really people if you wana know someting about someone then maybe you should just ask them;0

are you sure she wasn't dating a guy from or who maybe works in Nebr. City. one of the people who works at Neighborhood Closet sometimes told me that and named a name. I don't repeat names.

I have been in there a few times and the lady is not at all like sandy. I miss her. Maybe the other person should learn from her and be more about customers. Yes I would have to agree the prices have gone and I know that it does go to a good cause. So why make it to where people dont shop there

the person who runs the one in Nebr City talks ALOT when you go in there, and about nothing. I don't know her name though. I'd rather go to the one in Auburn.

I know who and what you are talking about. One of the people who helps out at Neighborhood closet told some people that the person running the store was talking about her "new boyfriend" a few months ago, naming him by name and giving details she wouldn't have known unless told by someone who knows the guy. She even told the guy's WIFE that she thought it might be her husband! I don't know where she got her info for sure, but it was, like I said, from someone who had some details she couldn't have known other than from someone who knew him. And she was trying to get some drama going!!!
