But it is rite!! It did get robbed and they did just walk into the office and take the money from the safe. MY opion is it had to be a inside thing for them to do that but who knows.

I didn't say that they didn't have money taken but how can you call it a robbery when you leave the door open like they do. You think any other business has such easy access to the safe??? I don't think so and abtklr is wasn't me....100% sure!

Well, you know "central", most of the time there are people in or near that office. However, you are correct in one thing, it wasn't a robbery, it was a burglary, third degree to be exact. krs 511.040. It could also be classified under krs 514.030 theft by unlawful taking. But most likely it was burglary. The main point of the forum though is that someone entered the Minit Mart and stole and undisclosed amount of cash.

Yes everyone the Minit Mart did get robbed.. And if you want to read all about it just open up the News Democrat and Leader to the second page and you'll find out everything you need to know about it, thanks to our lowsy mayor, Officer Scott Harmon and the rest of the "wonderful" city council involved. Thanks tpt for your support but that "undisclosed" amount of cash has now been revealed AFTER the officer Harmon was specifically asked NOT to reveal that information. Let's just tell the whole world about it and make it even more unsafe to be an employee or even a customer at the store. And when confronted about the topic, Mayor Dewey Roche says, " Well, Im not really sure who brought up the amount of money that was stolen, it might have been me, but if it was, Ill be sure to apoligize." yeah, I could keep the facts straight, but CNTRL keeps trying to deny things are happening in Auburn, minit mart being robbed, police chase, etc. Now, that I know they live in scanner land and aren't part of an agency, my facts are completely straight as I figured. Officer Mills, was in a pursuit on the Duncan Chapel rd a few days ago, with a navy blue honda civic that was involved in an assault on proctor mill rd. He was issued a BOLO for this vehicle and was attempting to stop it on when the vehicle ran from him. Since his cruiser has malfunctioning headlights, he was driving with only a spot light, and ran over a deer that another officer had ran over disabling his vehicle, and at the moment it was thought to be totalled. Just as I quoted krs earlier to show the the Minit Mart wasn't actually what you would per say Robbed, since robberies are defined as a person wanting property or moneys with the threat or intent to use force, I quoted krs to show what charges are probably being sought. A comlog is a voice data recorder that records all telephone,e911,and radio traffic the is broadcast through the 911 center in Russellville, Each 911 center has one of these, and it's not ever public record. I TOLD YOU I WAS INVOVLED.
