Now only if they would stand behind their warranty...and fix things properly! Especially a brake loss that caused damaged to the vehicles body! From the bottom up to Reid Bigland were contacted in regards to this situation...Yet even Reid Bigland could not care less for the problem and almost lost my family from this brake loss on a BRAND NEW Vehicle! See ya Chrysler's even as an employee of them will never trust my children in another one!

I agree had problems with my Grand Caravan, had to have the tranny rebuilt at 9000kms; the dealership mechanics forgot to clamp the hoses after the repair so had transmission fluid all over; had to have it towed back. Then brake line exploded. After the first oil change the dealership forgot to tighten the oil filter. The automatic sliding door, the harness broke. I spent many an hour getting to know the 5 star dealer in my city. "If you build it, will they buy it" |
