Richard 'Dick' Rupert Richard 'Dick' Rupert, 68, died Oct. 10, 2009. Mr. Rupert retired from AT&T, and moved to Winder from Between, Georgia in 1995 to be closer to his grandchildren.

Most everyone who reads this will not believe me, but I am the grandson who was with him when it happened. Believe it or not, it is true. Most of the news stories are completely wrong, do not believe them. The above is true, and the obituary is true, but the news stories are almost completely wrong.
