Can anyone tell me why the person who lives on US 23 between Oscoda and Tawas has a large sign in his front yard that says "Stop the Rat Scum, Dirty Cops"...it used to say "Stop the Car Thieves"...what's that all about?...I would never put something like that in my front yard...hope he never needs the services of the police or fire dept...they may not come to his aid...just curious...
