Review: Maple Tree Apartments

MAPLE TREE SUCKS! We need to get out of our lease (we have one month left), and our manager told us that she could do that since it was only a month. We told her that we have problems with all of our neighbors too because they like to smoke in the hallways, they're pretty much all drug dealers, their kids play and cry and scream in the hallways at all hours, and there's always someone arguing and the police being called. This past year at Maple Tree has been one of the worst in my life. I DO NOT recommend this place! I don't even recommend this place to people who are desperate. I'd rather live in a box.=) It is expensive, the neighbors suck, and the manager is horrible. That pretty much sums it up!

i feel bad for you. i'm glade we did not lease from there. you need to right her boss . the company that pays her and complain .i would. sorry but i would not put up with it. you have rights too.

I lived at MapleTree apartments for 2 years. Just recently, MapleTree has been remodeled. The improvement is incredible. The apartments now have dishwashers and air conditioners. Years ago, my sister lived at MapleTree and the apartment complex was known for drug use and trash. The place was not safe at all. Today, the apartment complex is free of drugs and violence. Sure, we may get one bad apple some times, but they either leave on their own or they are evicted before they cause damage. MapleTree used to be a horrible place to visit. Now MapleTree is a great place to live. I don't have to worry about drugs, theft or violence. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I do not live in Midland, MI. I live in East Tawas MI at MapleTree apartments. I also remember someone getting evicted at MapleTree just last year for smoking pot. This couple was given 24hrs to move out. They do not put up with drugs anymore.

Maple Tree is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and the neighbors are great. I would recomend the apartment complex to my friends and family. FYI: There is not a drug problem at Maple Tree.
