Could someone tell me when the Village of Keeseville became a "clean out crew" of private homes due to potential health hazards?

From my understanding a private home on School Street that may have been left or abandoned about a month ago or so (please don't quote me) is a health hazard to the community therefore the Village of Keeseville was possibly contracted out to clean out the home and billed to someone perhaps a bank or the tax roll.

Should this have went out for bid? Are they insured for this type of thing?

Why is the swing set now gone in the back yard?

Who took all the stuff inside/outside or where did the stuff go?

If that home is so much of a heath hazard than why doesn't the Village of Keeseville make a certain "junk yard/salvage yard" owner/business in the area clean up.

If you ask anyone in the vincinity of those areas you will quickly be told of potential health hazards including attractive nuiances, rats on video and other potential health hazard.

In conclusion, just because taxes may or may not be paid on the property there should be equal enforcement on clean up efforts and zoning especially if health hazards to the community.

Perhaps wrong on all of this but maybe some validity to all of this.

Will let you decide.
