We need to stand up as a society and put an end to this homosexualality is OK charade. These people are sick and need all of our help. Saying they can get married, etc. is only going to prolong the hurt they are causing to their families, community and most important, themselves. If you don't say something the next time someone declares themselves "homosexual" I would hate to have to be judged by God as a coward who didn't try to help them.

Unfortunately, I must agree that the continued acceptance of homosexuality by society only "softens" the boys up to be abused.

What? So now you are the one who determines who is accepted and who is not. All you religious nuts get your thinking straight. This not about religion, it is about a man who abused some young boys. He should hang for his actions. I am not involved in the Boy Scouts now, but I was as a child and some of my greatest childhood memories are from scouting activites. So not only has this dumb A** ruined some boys childhood he has put a blemish on a fine organization. And there is a world of difference between a homosexual and a pediphile.
