All the Predators in Attica, NY that are Drug/and boozer that Commit DV

and yet the small sleepy town of Attica, NY allows these men to walk freely amoung the women that they have abused...There is one in particular, the Town Drunk as he is know, Jeff D. Harris, committed a cowardly act back in July 2007, against his then signaficant other, and was stepping out on her, and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to her car, and threatened to blow her brains out. Yet this man recieved a slap on the wrist, and was told" never too do that again!" Some judical system that we have in Wyoming Co.... The sad part is Mr. Harris was nursed back to health by the "love of his life" after an illegal snowmobile accident, when he busted his shoulder, and has a plate in it.. each cold and rainy night he is reminded of that fateful night...and the sad, part, he went out on a drunk on July 19th 2007, when his love of his life needed him the most as she had been recently diagnosed with Bone Cancer, and the coward that has the nerve to call himself a man certainly is not...but a coward and a mouse he is indeed. How do I know of all this? Well in his drunken stupor, he called me on my cell, I took a ride down too "thier apt", when I arrived the State Police, the Sheriffs, and the Attica Police were on the scene, she had managed to get away from the man that threatened to blow her brains out, and Wyomings Finest were talking him out of the apt, it took a few hours, and they got him out, and placed the sorry mother ******* under arrest. What should have happened too him was jail time, BUT NOT IN WYOMING CO...they put the coward on house arrest with his mother whom is in her middle 80's....and per court records, he will be there until at least Dec. 2009. Are the women of Wyoming County safe? Hell no!!! This was not his first incident of Domestic Violence, there was one back in 2002, filed by a well known Realtor,( from Attica) then one on Jan 9, 2007, and another one on July 5, 2007, and then of course the grand
fianle on July 20, 2007. I cringe each time I go too his mothers, and she still proclaims his innoecent, and what I recently said to her, " your son has a problem, he is a drunk, and uses drugs, and the DA wouldn't have arrested him if he didn't have enough physical evidence! Deal with it he is guilty as sin!" and the only thing that I wonder what will happen too the single women, with kids( toddlers- to age 14) as thoes are the women that he targets, trying too get close to the womens kids. Ladies, protect your children with your life, the man is wacked, and not too be trusted. As for we men, we shouldn't have too put up with his behavior. His x- Yes she is going thru Chemo, she lost all her hair, and there are two of us, that check on her daily to make sure she is OK. No we don't have too do this, but I am sure that it helps her in some small way. After all she gave up everything, and moved to Attica, NY to be with this idot that I use to call my friend. And what does he do, on the first day of Chemo? He goes out on a drunk, damages her car into the thousands of dollars, comes back and threatens to blow her brains out. I am ahamed to have called him my friend. He needs to be in Jail, and a few of the women at the Laundrmat, are fearful for he life, as each day she struggles with horrendous pain, and thoes of us that checkup on her daily, know deep down inside, he should be the one there for her, as her time is becoming shorter with each passing day. What will he feel if she passes in the next few weeks or months, he hasn't even appologized too her, and its been since 2007. Then again he is Jeff David Harris, a bit to cocky for his own good, and he lost a beautiful woman, both on the inside and out.

Unfortunately I know this man a little more than I would like to. I know that he has 3 grown children, which he had no part of their lives growing up. His youngest had cancer and he never bothered to be there for her. I now understand why she wants nothing to do with this man. I agree that he is whacked and needs some serious help. He has pretty much broke ties with everyone in his life and nobody can trust him. The way I see it, your life is what you make of it and he has ruined his. As for his Mother, it is her son and she is going to defend him because it is the right thing to do. Unfortunately, she is the only one that will defend him and when she is gone, he will have no one. To the ones that do still trust him, he will screw you over too, just like he has everyone else.

I swore out a DV report on him in the early 2002, when he went after my then 14 year old daughter, and wanted to have sex with her.
I shot the shoot gun over his head, and the coward that he is, fled my home.
The other thing that only three other people know, will devaste him when his mother dies...or is it his grandmother.Yes there is a dark and dirty secret that only three people know, and he is fully unaware of it.

Sounds like we are talking about Jeff Harris. That is one poor excuse for a man. His mother can defend him until her dying day. And each Sunday when she shows up at church, she still proclaims that "everyone in town is picking on him!"
No, Mrs. Harris we aren't. Your son needs help badly. You have covered for him for too long. I use to be your "secret pal"(when we exchanged gifts ) at church, and after I found out what he did in 2007, I actually have thought about leaving the Baptist Church and going else where. Is your head so far up your son's Butt, that you can't see what he has done?
I met the woman that he held at gun point for all thoes hours, on that fateful July 2007 evening.And Had The Sherriffs not had probable cause they wouldn't have arrested him.With all his DWI's,and 3 DV charges against him, did you know that the woman that he abused that night could have had him sent to prison. I understand from Law enforcement( my hubby is a police officer) that she asked that he be on house arrest, and get mental health counseling. Then there are thoes in law enforcement who would have rather seen him go to Jail.
In speaking to her recently while at Quality, she said" He should have gone to jail, because he doesn't too this day think that he did anything wrong." And that is a direct reflection on his up bringing.

sorry about that, but I know for a fact that Mat had been working with your dad all last summer after Mats divorce....Do you think that your dad is innoncent? Think again. Yes alot of people that know him, have been burned more ways than one. I can understand why you girls wouldn't want anything too do with him, and rightfully so. He wasn't there for you when your sister had cancer, and then Gal that was to marry him in 2007 came down with bone cancer, and the night he held her at gun point, threating to blow out her brains,WHY because her coming down with cancer reminded him of his daughter( your sister). Did your father ever get the garage built on your house? He makes so many promises to people, and never follows thru. Suggestion, if you don't like the Harris name, go too court and get it legally changed say too your mothers maiden name...then you wouldn't have too put up the Harris name, and any embarassements that it may cause you.

I don't know who you people are but I too reside in warsaw. The children; I have known for many years and they are not responsible for anything this person has done; so to treat them like they are by your comments is just wrong.they were raised very well;and if indeed one of his children has read what has been being said and has commented;why treat them like its their fault. not anywhere did I read that this child has defended his actions.you should be ashamed of yourselves.

to all of you. Jeff Harris is probably the biggest SOB that thier is but there is no reason to bash his children. I am thier aunt and I can say that I am so proud of who they have become. They are all intelligent adults with great jobs and they are very close with each other. If they choose to defend or not defend thier father is thier choice NOT YOURS!!!
Wouldn"t you defend your father even if he has done wrong? You all need to get back to the real issue here which is Jeff Harris and not his children. Don"t judge them or any other family members for his crimes. I am sure you all have skelatons in your closet. BACK OFF!!!!!!!!

From what I know of the girls, they are good kids, more or less. One has the same problem as dear old dad...not her fault though, the genes for drinking to an acess were handed down. She just needs to get controll of it.

And as Thier Aunt, then you do know of the black and dark secret. Wounder who will wipe his ass when his mother, or is it HIS Grandmother passes over? Certainly not any of his siblings, as they can't stand him, and that is from the old ladys own mouth. The problem as I see it, is when he held that woman at gun point in 2007, after she nursed him back to health after a 12 hr. surgery, & when she called the " Family up- including Mat" his own kids wouldn't even go to the hospital when he had his surgery. From what I know, the woman wanted family members to make the decision on a DNR, and then the SOB that he is turns around and tries to blow her head off!!!, I saw the Cops take him down, and off to jail...I sat in my truck and watched the whole thing go down...No one is judging the kids...but when one of them opened up and said "hey he's my father!" I should ask that child, where were you when he was in surgery?

Why does it matter where his kids were when he had surgery?
The daughter you say "has a problem" owns her own home, and makes more money than you or I put together. His son also has his own home and is doing very well for himself. And his other daughter is doing just as well as her siblings... leave them alone.

why after 23 years without the man in their life would anyone exspect those children to be there for him? those children were all under 6 yrs old when that mariage ended. they don't even know him.how's this for a suggestion; if you have the problem with this man;settle it yourself, and stop bashing those kids you coward.
