Judge it!
A pity that the City of Houghton BANS bikes from the downtown area, and every block has signs on the sidewalk saying bikes are banned. Being in a college town to ban bikes is the most absurd thing.
City of Houghton does not want College kids on bikes coming to the downtown and spending money.
