County Attorney was rushing to justice, without a complete or accurate report.
Word has it that the Atkinson Police Chief tried to withhold evidence in the case from the Sheriff Office, as he (the Chief) & County Attorney are friends.

I dont believe that Atkinson has any room for error right now, specially considering that their deputy was just convicted for making threats to local schools for school shootings. It seems as if all atkinson city officials are corrupt, or almost, look what happened at the hospital a year ago???
