Tina Snyder Finally Admits She Stole From McMinn County Court Funds

So after she finally admits guilt does anyone wonder just how many years this thief went undetected? Thank you God for a honest and trust worthy Circuit Court Clerk who did not sweep this injustice under the rug!

How much did this cost the tax payers. Why did it take a year for her to admit the guilt. She ahold have to pay restitution the rest of her life and wear a sign on her back that reads. "I stole from my county and I lied about it costing the citizens of McMinn County and tax payers thousands"

Slap on the wrist, like usual.

Good luck finding somebody in local government who doesn't do something crooked.

NOOOOO she did not admit to stealing any money nor did she still any money, this was nothing but a personal vindetta from the beginning and if it had went to trial that is excatly what it would have shown and thats is what you didnt want your tax dollars to go to a bunch of high school drama.. she entered a best interest plea to Misconduct so how bout you go back and get the facts!!!! I hope something terrible happens to one of you so that you can be judged and hey BUSTED your gonna thank the lord for somebodies misfortune haha!! Well im going to use my name, and not hide behind some stupid made up name....this has been going on since 2009, if you had read the paper the next day, a retraction was made and I did not admit to stealing any money, because I did not steal any money, and the DA could not prove any of that...thats why the night before the pleas was done.....Im sure some of the McMinn Co know me, and I had worked in that office a long time, I was a very busy person and did not have any help, just about everydesk in there had 2 people, but mine did not. I was just overwhelmed with work, and Rhonda knew it, but you have to understand she did not know how to do anybodys desk anyway when she came into office. She never came in on time, was always sick and she relyed on Gwen Chrisman who thinks she is a lawyer..... oponions! And if there really is money missing, she needs to start looking at the others in there..her cousin, who has drug addict children, her daughters who would take confidential files out of the office and work on them at home in bed, and gt paid for it.She has people in her office who she only hired because she needed there families votes, and this is not hear say..I have wrote a mini book about all of this, and those girls in that office would be as hurt as I am if they knew all she has said about them. Yes I am not perfect, but one thing I am not is a thief. Everybody in McMinn County should of been in chambers when the plea was being done...she showed her true colors...she is just so afraid that Norma and the ones that did not stay is going to run against her...well somebody will, wont be none of my family...we could care less, she got mad at my daughter who was working there and let her go, and then started on me..thinking I was all up with Norma and all, but the truth was, I just loved my job and took pride in it...I didnt steal and would have never put myself in this position if I had......and you jerk who wrote I should have to wear a sign...you are probably one of her family members, and the Lord will bring you down just as fast as he took u up! and thats a fact! I am not guilty of taking money, and if you could see how that office is run...you would be speachless...she dont really like any of her employees, except the devil in sheeps clothing Pat Newman who is so 2 faced and will tell u that! but pat anytime you or any of you employees there wont to know what she really thinks of you just let me know, I have it all down and will let you know just what she thinks of you......I truly feel sorry all this happened, but a person who only has drama to keep her going will not stop here...I feel sorry for the next one of you employees she gets on......and there will be one...just wait and see. I cant control what people say, but I am a good person, Im not trash and I was a good employee, no matter what has been said. Rhonda Cooley will be brought out as to just what she is....Just wait and see.....and no Rhonda I wont be voting in McMinn Co or any where else, so dont worry, but I do have a very large family......I just hope that McMinn Co see her for what she is...a hillbilly trying to run a office!

The officials in this town and Rhonda Cooley in particular, have really shown their true nature. It is an ugly mess in that court house, and somebody needs to clean it up.

Well I believe the court file, including discovery should be published in the newspaper if Tina is telling the truth. My business and customers were all damaged by the misappropriation of funds which passes through Tina's hands. Why did my office staff have to spend numerous hours reconstructing cash payments and checks which were not posted by you if you are innocent. My business lost many many hours researching what you had done. I will now seek to have all records published for public viewing. Mrs Cooley cried when I visited her office seeking questions as to what happened with my customers money. She never said one negative word about you but I sat in the court at every motion hearing and at every public event. The truth is YOU STILE FROM OUR COUNTY, CUT A DEAL AND RUN BUT NOW YOU WANT TO GO BACK AND DENY YOUR WRONG DOINGS!

Citizens of McMinn now is the time to view the file demand it be published and demand that the proper punishment be levied. If one can not admit their wrong doing they should not be allowed to walk around on the Streets as free individuals.

Mrs. Cooley is piece of shit and pile of trash and so are you, I am pretty sure i know who you are so get over yourself and your pedastal you think you are on. It is just killing everyone to see that Rhonda lost this, MOVE ON!!!!!!, VIEW the file you will see nothing is there that is why the DA dropped the theft charges, im going to repeat that DROPPED THE THEFT CHARGES!!!! I was at every court hearing and every public event also, CUT A DEAL AND RUN, SERIOUSLY!!! If she was going to cut a deal and run she would have done that 2 years ago but instead she has had her name run through the mud bc she maintains her innocences maybe you need to go back and look at the file or maybe read the retraction in the paper, She never admitted to any theft. Ms Tina if you are so innocent why would you have taken a plea. If a person is totally innocent thy go all the way. I think the previous post suggesting all evidence be published for my fellow McMinn County voters to see is a great idea. Is you have nothing to hide then publish the documents. I 100% know that you took from some of my family member and I know that you are guilty. Taking a plea was you way of preventing the truth from coming out into the public sector. There was always something just not right with your actions and we finally found out why. Additionally you are one of the main reasons Ms Conley lost so many votes in her attempt to take over the office from Ms Cooley. When your face appeared everywhere she was and when she and her "Klan" ran around so negatively we as the Republican party made our minds up to boycott any all dealings with that group. Yes we believe Ms Conley had good intentions but when her co workers from the temp service told of how she was a total bitch at work and her association with some of McMinn Counties biggest white trash families she hurt herself. When you ran that mouth of yours she was fried before she even got started. Just saying admit it, publish the docents or shut the f$$k up with your lies.

I think we all have HEARD ENOUGH! This is over and let it rest. Name calling is just silly, let this woman go on an get on with her life, and Ms Cooley and her office go on with there life. We got it! There really is dislike between them, but, this name calling is stupid, and not christian...and they both claim to be christians! If all these people want to see some documents, go to the courthouse, they are public record, they dont have to be published in the DPA, and that would be crazy! Who cares anymore, or who ever did care. There is so much more to deal with these days than with this. Everybody has to answer one day for all of there sins. To keep on and on with this is just so unprofessional! Ms Cooley run your office in a better fashion, and Ms Snyder go on with your life and everybody just Shut Up!!!!! The problem with viewing the discovery and having it published is that it only tells one side of the story.

Tina did steal from the city. She can deny all she wants, but she is so well known by all the judges and has worked at the courthouse for so long she got a slap on the wrist. She thinks she is above the law now, as the citizens were not allowed to hear the trial by jury. If she was not guilty, why did she take a plea bargain> Ms Cooley did her job. Shame on you Tina Chambers Snyder for hiding behind your church. And you know what I am talking about. And as far as you talking about other folk's children, take a good look at that daughter of yours. You both spew God and religion, and talk about how much you hate other peole. People that have done nothing to you, and have wronged you in no way. I hope you never get another job.

No she did not admit that she stole so much as an ink pen! She tooka plea that her lawyer advised her was in her best interest. I cannot and will not believe that Tina stole a damn thing.
