Lavalette Goodwill Women

Are nothing more than a pack of rip offs. Have you all seen the prices they put on that junk? I thought it was a place for the poor??? From the prices they put on that junk I dont see how the poor can afford it. Maybe if people would stop donating to the Goodwill they would lower their prices. I donate to the Salvation Army because they actually do help people in need to where Goodwill will not. Ask a family whose home has been flooded or burnt if Goodwill helped them out any and they will tell you NO. PLEASE start donating to the Salvation Army since they will help people in need.

i heard that the store manager was in to taking stuff i all so heard she was hard to work for. i went there the other day and there was some little tiny short girl that looks like a troll that could just reach the register. she creeps me out cause shes all pasty face white looking i think they are to high there on stuff.

those women that work in there look nasty. i bet they dont take a bath but 1 time a week.

There is a whole other thread about this in the wayne forum. They get into deep details about what happens there. But I know they mark up prices and or put sold on it ....In the other thread they said the manager takes it to her sisters shop and sells it. Pretty crummy i think, that is a store for people who need a little help. Not a treasure chest. I think if a family donates thier stuff its because they dont want a private profit from it. Its dirty what they do!

There have been complaints made to the main office about the pricing of things. The main office doesnt regulate anything other than the pricing of the clothes and shoes everything thing else is priced by the store employees and whatever amount they want to put on something they can. My wife and the store manager Carlene are good friends & thats how I found these things out.

The higher the stuff ,the faster they will go out .
And that would be a shame.They need to think would they want to pay high prices on stuff at a Rummage sale.It is good to have a place that can sell stuff cheap.the cheaper they could price the stuff.the more they could sell.I know I use to go in there everyday.but stuff got so high I would rather go to doller store.And sometimes you can Jeans or stuff just as cheap at walmart new.SO if they can lower there prices .They would get a lot more to come shop.

Nothing will change at that store until they get rid of the store manager Carlene Vanhoose.

She has a lot of people fooled in to thinking that shes this innocent sweet person. Im here to tell you all that she is nothing more than a wolf in sheeps clothing. She steals from the donations that are given and she talks about customers behind their backs and if some knew the things she has said about them then they wouldnt even come close to that store. I worked with Carlene for 7 years and I know for a fact that she steals because there were times when she would take stuff and have me as the look out guy incase someone was to come up behind her. Ive seen a bunch of stuff go out that store unpaid by her so all of you thats on here defending her like shes some good hearted woman you better stop and look deeper cause she has you all fooled. And for stealing antiques and taking them to her sisters store and having Normie to sell them for her is the TRUTH! I know what Ive seen and I know what she has done so dont try and call me a liar because I was right there as her right hand man for many years.

Maybe they have a store manager like the Lavalette store has.........a pure witch! Goodwill has a lot of folks fooled. Its not all what people think it is.
