who shot english setter dog at the ashton iowa elevator. Sounded like dog was trapped in building before shots were fired. Was dog killed
because other dogs were barking because it had gotten out of kennel. Dog barking was responding to gun being pointed it at it. Is it legal for person to shoot their gun in this town. Bad situation. lots of cats roam in the town. Why is this allowed but you shoot a dog who had only been loose 7 times in 9 years.
