Deputy Ron Osborne could be Charged under the new Gov. zero tolerance rule.

Criminal charges could be filed against Chief deputy Ron Osborne from the Coles county sheriff’s department in Charleston Illinois. Osborne may have lied, fabricated opinions and abused his power on police reports sent to the Illinois State Police in 2009. With the new commission signed by Governor Pat Quinn to combat police miss conduct and mis use of power. Osborne could be criminally charged for his mis use of power under the law. This kind of stuff happens a lot by certain law enforcement personal against innocent law bidding citizens, and never gets found out. Illinois is determined to prosecute these types of incidents, to secure public safety. If any officer abuses his or her police power, they will be accountable for their crimes. The new zero policy rules set down by the governor of Illinois, will not tolerate false police reports, and assault by officers, or abusive behavior by any officer under these new guide lines.

I found this website and it has a bunch of good information about what to do if you are abused by a deputy, like I abused by Jim Hite. It takes time, but the system will go after these bad cops, especially since they got that crook Governor Blagojevich out of office. Let’s clean up corruption and abuse in Illinois. I want to show the rest of the country that Illinois has changed and our governor pat Quinn will not tolerate corruption, even at the lowest level. Illinois can once again be a great state, but it is going to take a lot of hard work from the people of Illinois and Coles County.

Ron Osborne is a werdo, so I don't think he has much pull against States Attorney Steve Ferguson. Ferguson seems to be an alright guy to me. Ron shouldn't be blogging bad things about States Attorney Steve Ferguson and going around town saying things bad things about Judge Shick.

What is Ron Osborne trying to say in this article about Honorable State’s Attorney’s Steve Ferguson that he doesn’t do his job? This is from Ron Osborne’s Blogs.

“I mean the cost of the hours put in a case by law enforcement and the cost to bring the suspect to court, sometimes repeatedly. The cost which you and I as taxpayers ultimately pay. Not to mention the victims of those crimes, who have lost valuables and keepsakes or suffered damage and sometimes injury during these crimes or don’t feel safe in their own homes after such an experience.
I know of one assistant State’s Attorney who spent eight years in that office. He only went to trial a couple of times during that period and came to an “agreed to” plea bargain on the rest of his cases. He may have thought he was saving the county time and money by doing so, but how much time and money do you save by dealing with the same individuals over and over?”

Conclusion

Osborne rambles on about tax dollars, but he wastes valuable time writing up false police reports and using up valuable tax dollars himself in my opinion and he should lose his retirement from the sheriff’s department if convicted of false reports. He wasted many man hours going after ignorant leads while real crimes were happening right under his nose. Osborne was one of the worst law enforcement deputies Coles County has ever had. Ron thinks he’s some kind of great authority figure, but he is the only one who thinks that. If Osborne was as good as deputy that he thinks he was, then why was Cole’s county one of the biggest meth production facility in the State while he was a chief deputy?

States Attorney Steve Ferguson has done a good job for Coles County. Ron Osborne isn’t very smart.

I dont think States Attorney Steve Ferguson is doing his job ether, but I also think Ron Osborne is nothing more then the town idiot.
