Please help me understand how an animal like Mallory was out and about in our community?
Mallory had a history of felonies in Hanover Co. dating to February 1991, he was sentenced to prison for robbery, kidnapping and firearms convictions. His most recent conviction came in January 2006, when he was given 7 ys in prison for robbery, abduction and probation violation; he was released in October 2009 and ordered to supervised probation in Ashland.
What are our judges thinking??

Sheriff: Mallory will be charged with Beaverdam woman's murder
HANOVER COUNTY, Va. - The Hanover County Sheriff announced Thursday afternoon during a news conference that Brian Mallory will be charged with 44-year-old Sarajane Hakopian's murder.
